Recipe: Chocolate milkshake

one of my favorite post-workout drinks is chocolate milk, homemade even better!

why I like it and what it does to your body; 
i like because who doesn't, right? ;)
and the benefits of this "kids favourite" drink is that in the last couple of years, researches has shown that chocolate milk helps the body recovers after a workout because of its ingredients which contains more carbohydrates and proteins from any other drink and that helps recovering your tired muscles. Plus, it has calcium and a little sodium and sugar.

here my chocolate milkshake recipe



measure the amount of milk (low fat) to your glass, pour in a blender
1 tbsp Hershey's cocoa powder (or any other kind you prefer, unsweetened)
1 pack of Steviana sweetener 

blend together, pour in your glass and enjoy!

*Quick note:

this kind of post-workout drink is recommended for swimmer, runner or such intense exercises for it may contains more cabs than you need in your diet.
I have it every once in while for change :)
